Newspaper Settles Suit Over Super Bowl Front-Page Framed Prints

The Philadelphia Inquirer dropped its trademark and copyright lawsuit against a sports memorabilia company that sold framed editions of the newspaper’s coverage of the Philadelphia Eagles’ NFL title run.

The newspaper notified the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on Monday it reached a settlement with Custom Prints and Frames LLC, which does business as Title Game Frames.
