Two Minnesota school districts and an education workers’ union aren’t entitled to a preliminary injunction against a federal policy allowing federal agents to conduct immigration enforcement on school grounds, a federal district court said.
The plaintiffs didn’t show they’re likely to establish standing to sue, and therefore they’re unlikely to prevail on the merits of their claims, Judge Laura M. Provinzino of the US District Court for the District of Minnesota said in a Wednesday order.
