Influencer Logan Paul’s Prime Hydration LLC hit back at the maker of a Mas+ by Messi sports drink and soccer superstar Lionel Messi by bringing trade dress infringement counterclaims.

Mark Anthony International SRL—which owns Mas+ as well as brands like White Claw and Mike’s Hard Lemonade—sued in October seeking declaratory judgment it doesn’t infringe Prime’s rights. Prime’s counterclaims filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York say the new Mas+ drinks’ packaging has already caused confusion, citing several social media posts and retailers who have mixed Prime and Mas+ on their shelves.
