Mejuri, Patent Owner Settling Virtual Showroom Tech Dispute

Jewelry company Mejuri Inc. and Andra Group LP are resolving a patent dispute over a virtual showroom system.

Judge Robert Schroeder III stayed the dispute for 30 days so Andra Group and Mejuri can finalize settlement terms, according to an order filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. The parties said in an Aug. 18 motion that the negotiated settlement includes dismissing the case and a two-year agreement to not sue “in exchange for confidential considerations.”
