Andra Sues Nordstrom, Mejuri Over Virtual Showroom Tech Patents

A lingerie company separately sued retailers Nordstrom Inc. and Mejuri Inc., saying their websites infringe a patent covering technology that allows online shoppers to view a product from different angles.

Andra Group LP, operator of HerRoom and HisRoom online stores, accused the retailers’ websites of infringing US Patent No. 8,078,498, issued for a virtual showroom system and method.
