LG Electronics Inc. and Ireland-based Sonrai Memory Ltd. have reached a settlement in a lawsuit accusing LG of infringing a Sonrai patent with its LG V60 ThinQ smartphone.
The tech companies jointly told a Western District of Texas federal court Monday that “all matters in controversy between the parties have been resolved” and asked to suspend all upcoming deadlines in the case.
Sonrai launched the suit in February 2021, the same day it sued LG, Google, and other parties for allegedly infringing patents that include the US Patent No. 6,874,014, which covers computer chip architecture. Judge Alan Albright told ...
