ServStor Technologies LLC dropped its patent infringement lawsuit against
Chief Judge Rodney Gilstrap dismissed the allegations with prejudicein an order filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. The patent owner told the court March 17 it was voluntarily dismissing its case.
ServStor sued Lenovo in March 2024, alleging it infringed five patents covering inventions created by Crystal Group Inc., a server and storage device manufacturer.
