A lawyer who refused to produce documents as ordered by Delaware’s federal chief judge in a heated litigation-finance probe wants to take the IP Edge-linked entity’s fight to the US Supreme Court.
George Pazuniak, representing Nimitz Technologies LLC, asked the Federal Circuit to delay issuing the mandate formalizing its rejection this week of his bid to rehash the appeals court’s refusal to halt the investigation.
