Kurin Inc. owes Magnolia Medical Technologies Inc. $1.59 million for infringing patents concerning medical devices for blood draws.
Kurin infringed US Patent Nos. 11,529,081, 11,653,863, and 11,903,709 with its Jet product, according to a jury verdict filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
The jury also said Magnolia didn’t infringe Kurin’s US Patent No. 12,138,052 by creating and selling the Steripath Micro product.
The competitors have a lengthy history of litigation, including Kurin alleging in May 2018 that Magnolia made false statements about Food and Drug Administration approval of its Steripath blood sample ...
