Kim Kardashian Cut Free From Salon Trademark Suit Over ‘SKKN’

A Brooklyn skin-care studio dropped its claims that Kim Kardashian’s “SKKN by Kim” product line unfairly competes with its SKKN+ trademark, according to a voluntary notice of dismissal filed Tuesday in New York federal court.

Beauty Concepts LLC, which does business under the name SKKN+, will permanently drop the claims against Kardashian, her business entity Kimsaprincess Inc., and beauty company Coty Inc., according to the notice.
