IP Edge-Linked Firm’s Rejections Mount, This Time in Four Words

The Federal Circuit rejected the latest overture by a lawyer who has refused to produce documents as ordered by Delaware’s chief judge in a heated litigation-finance probe, another wrinkle as the IP Edge-linked entity works toward the US Supreme Court.

In just four words, the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit rebuffed George Pazuniak’s request to delay the mandate formalizing its rejection last week of Nimitz Technologies LLC’s bid to rehash the appeals court’s refusal to halt the investigation.
