InnoMemory, NEC Nearing Settlement in Server Memory Patent Suit

InnoMemory LLC and NEC Corporation are finalizing an agreement to resolve their dispute over the creation and sale of servers incorporating memory technology, according to a court filing.

Magistrate Judge Roy Payne of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Feb. 7 ordered a 30-day stay to allow InnoMemory and NEC to file dismissal documents. The parties told the court in a joint motion filed a day earlier that they were finalizing their agreement and planned to file a motion to dismiss.
