A patent monetization entity and Penn Entertainment Inc. have resolved a patent suit that targeted the company’s Hollywood Casino-branded gambling app.
Single Action Bet Tech LLC filed the lawsuit in December 2025. A judge in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey on Wednesday dismissed the case after the parties agreed to dismiss all their potential claims against each other.
