GM Said to Settle Suit Accusing It of Infringing Camera Patents

General Motors LLC and DigiMedia Tech LLC are ending a patent-infringement lawsuit concerning camera systems and a chatbot used in vehicles, a court filing said.

DigiMedia stated in an unopposed motion filed Monday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas it reached an agreement in principle with the automaker to resolve the dispute. It asked the court to stay proceedings for 30 days to finalize the settlement and file a dismissal notice.
