Fox Corp.'s effort to collect on a judgment against Mexican broadcaster that infringed its trademarks advanced following a ruling from a federal court in Texas.
In a separate case proceeding in federal court in New York, Fox won a contempt judgment against Manuel Arroyo, president of Media Deportes Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V., in a case over alleged unauthorized use of the Fox Sports trademarks in Mexico.
