An SEF Energy LLC unitand Intelligent Wellhead Systems Inc. resolved their lengthy patent and trade secret dispute concerning fracking technology.
Judge Regina Rodriguez dismissed the suit SEF’s Downing Wellhead Equipment brought against IWS after they notified the court of their agreement to drop the dispute, according to an order filed Dec.12 in the US District Court for the District of Colorado.
The companies also told an Eastern District of Texas court on Dec.12 that IWS was dropping its case there against Downing concerning wellhead technology.
