Peloton, IFit Face Import Restrictions After Dish Trade Win (2)

Imports of Peloton Interactive Inc.’s stationary bikes and iFit Inc.’s NordicTrack-branded devices could be blocked after the US International Trade Commission said that Dish Network Corp. proved there’s a domestic industry to protect with three infringed patents in a clash over content-streaming technology.

A trade judge in September said the companies’ products and services that stream at-home fitness content infringe four patents for technology that improves the quality of video content over the internet.
