Peloton, Lululemon Get Second Chance in Dish Bid for Imports Ban

Peloton Interactive Inc., NordicTrack maker iFit Inc., and Mirror owner lululemon athletica Inc. persuaded the US International Trade Commission to review part of a judge’s findings in a patent dispute with Dish Network Corp. that could lead to an import ban of their fitness products.

A trade judge in September said the companies’ products and services that stream at-home fitness content infringe four Dish patents for content-streaming technology. The ITC said in a notice posted Friday to its electronic docket that it will look at the judge’s findings on the validity of two of those patents.
