Crocs Inc. settled a retailer’s lawsuit accusing it of falsely telling Amazon.com Inc. that the retailer was selling counterfeit Crocs, the parties told a New Jersey federal court.
Preferred Pharmacy Plus LLC notified the court Monday that it, Crocs, and Crocs’ then-legal administrator and co-defendant Allison Wakelin reached an agreement, roughly two months after filing its complaint. The joint letter asked the US District Court for the District of New Jersey for 30 days to execute a written agreement.
