Credo Technology Group, Amphenol Settle Ethernet Tech Dispute

Credo Technology Group Ltd. and Amphenol Corp. told a Texas federal judge they’ve resolved their patent dispute concerning ethernet cable technology.

Credo, its Credo Semiconductor Inc. unit and Amphenol filed a joint motion to dismiss Wednesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas stating each party will bear its own expenses and attorneys’ fees. The parties also on Wednesday filed a sealed motion with the International Trade Commission alerting a settlement agreement.
