Credo Semiconductor Sues Trio of Cable Makers Over Ethernet Tech

Credo Technology Group Ltd. accused three electrical cable manufacturers of infringing its patents by importing and selling products incorporating ethernet cable technology.

Amphenol Corp., TE Connectivity PLC and Molex LLC infringed US Patent Nos. 10,877,233, 11,012,252 and 11,032,111, Credo and its unit Credo Semiconductor Inc. said in separate lawsuits filed Wednesday. Credo sued Amphenol and TE Connectivity in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and Molex in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.

The patents protect Credo’s ethernet cable products, according to the complaints.
