Converse Inc. and Steve Madden Ltd. agreed to settle a lawsuit over Converse’s patented sneaker design, according to a Massachusetts federal court.
Converse agreed to dismiss all charges against Steve Madden with prejudice, meaning the claims can’t be brought again, according to a dismissal filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. No other details were given.
Attorneys for Converse and Steve Madden didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
