Competitors End Pocketknife Slider Patent Dispute in Florida

A federal judge dismissed a patent infringement suit between Microtech Knives Inc. and Gunner Gear LLC after the parties agreed to end the dispute over the sales of a pocketknife product line.

Judge Paul Byron’s Wednesday order in the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida came the same day the companies notified the court they’d resolved the dispute over Gunner Gear’s Silverback product line.
