Beal Bank settled Digital Doors Inc.’s lawsuit alleging it infringed four patents concerning data security technology.
The companies have reached a settlement and are finalizing the written agreement, according to a joint motion to stay and notice of settlement filed March 22 in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
- Digital Doors, a data security development company, sued Beal Bank in November alleging it infringed US Patent Nos. 9,015,301; 9,734,169; 10,182,073; and 10,250,639. The patents deal with network infrastructure and methods for data storage and data processing.
