ASUS and patent licensee Celerity IP LLC dismissed their allegations against Samsung and its Samsung Electronics America Inc. and Samsung Research America units with prejudice, according to a joint stipulation filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
The filing said Samsung also dismissed its counterclaims. No terms of the agreement were disclosed.
The parties held unsuccessful licensing discussions after Celerity sent Samsung a notice in January 2022, according to court records.
