Akin Gump, Latham Defeat Doctor Who Claimed Patent Malpractice

A New Jersey physician’s malpractice suit against patent lawyers at Latham & Watkins and Akin Gump was rightly dismissed, the Third Circuit said, calling it an inappropriate attempt to rescue an earlier suit that was also thrown out.
