AI Fleet Tech Firm Wants Competitor’s Patent Suit in California

Motive Technologies Inc. told a Delaware federal judge its competitor’s patent infringement lawsuit alleging it conducted a scheme to steal artificial intelligence technology should move to California where both companies are based.

Motive and Samsara Inc. are both based in San Fransisco, California and the allegations are based on alleged actions occurring in the state, according to a brief supporting Motive’s motion to transfer venuefiled Wednesday in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
