Agilent, Axion Formalize Settlement Ending Two Patent Lawsuits

Agilent Technologies Inc. dismissed its lawsuit accusing Axion BioSystems Inc.’s cell-analysis systems of infringing two patents, weeks after a Delaware federal judge nixed a jury trial and paused the case while the companies finalized a deal.
