Tinder’s corporate affiliate Match Group LLC dropped its suit against a Beazley Plc unit after a federal appeals court ruled against the dating app over insurance coverage for litigation involving its “Super Like” feature.
The parties filed a stipulation of voluntary dismissal in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York on Wednesday, after the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit remanded the case in August.
