Cincinnati Insurance Co. is dropping its suit against an Illinois-based dentist over coverage for privacy litigation alleging the office improperly used tracking technologies on its website.
The insurer filed a notice of voluntary dismissal without prejudice of its suit against Familia Dental LLC in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois Thursday, noting the defendant hasn’t filed any response.
