Insurer Drops Suit Over Coverage for School Mold Exposure Claims

An Old Republic International Corp. insurance unit dropped its suit against an Illinois school district after the policyholder withdrew its request for coverage of mold exposure claims.

BITCO General Insurance Corp. filed a notice of dismissal without prejudice in the US District Court for the Southern District of Illinois on March 13.
