James River Insurance Co. ended its suit against a cannabis testing company over coverage for claims related to the lab’s suspended license.
The US District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi dismissed the case Thursday after James River notified the court it was dropping its claims against Rapid Analytics LLC and two cannabis businesses that had sued the lab. The defendants stipulated they’re no longer pursuing coverage for the underlying claims, according to the dismissal notices.
