A medical marijuana testing company in Mississippi was hit with a lawsuit from its insurer seeking to avoid covering the lab in any claims arising from the suspension of its license.
The Mississippi State Department of Health found that Rapid Analytics LLC engaged in “widespread, flagrant, continuous and willful violations” in its cannabis testing operations, according to a lawsuit filed Wednesday by James River Insurance Co. in the US District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
