An Illinois real estate manager is dropping its lawsuit alleging a State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. unit discriminated against Black policyholders by treating claims in majority-Black ZIP codes throughout the state as presumptively fraudulent.
Connectors Realty Group Corp. and State Farm Fire & Casualty Co. filed a joint stipulation of dismissal in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on Thursday.
