Coding Academy Ends Insurance Case Over CFPB, State Probes

Coding boot camp BloomTech Inc. reached a settlement with the final remaining insurer in litigation over coverage for state and federal investigations alleging the school misled students.

BloomTech filed a notice of settlement with Hallmark Specialty Insurance Co. in the US District Court for the Northern District of California on Monday.
