Allianz Travel Unit Ends Cyber Coverage Row With Fairfax Insurer

An Allianz SE unit offering travel protection insurance is dropping a suit against its own insurer over coverage for litigation brought by Washington state alleging the travel unit made misleading statements on its website about a mental health exclusion.

AGA Service Co. filed a notice of voluntary dismissal with prejudice in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia on Thursday.
