AIG Unit Must Contend With Revived Contamination Coverage Suit

A gas station operator convinced a federal judge to revive its insurance coverage suit against an American International Group Inc. unit over environmental contamination litigation.

The US District Court for the Western District of Washington on Monday granted Gull Industries Inc.'s motion for reconsideration of a January ruling dismissing its case against Granite State Insurance Co.
