AIG Wins Dismissal of Gas Station Contamination Insurance Suit

An American International Group Inc. unit won its bid to knock out a lawsuit by a gas station operator seeking coverage for environmental contamination litigation.

Gull Industries Inc.'s suit is barred because it involves the same coverage issues as a previous case, the US District Court for the Western District of Washington said in a Monday order granting Granite State Insurance Co.'s motion to dismiss.
