Indiana Officials Appeal Block on Gender-Affirming Care Ban

Members of Indiana’s Medical Licensing Board notified a federal court that they’re appealing an order that blocked them from enforcing restrictions on gender-affirming care for minors.

The move to the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit on Tuesday was expected, but it may be more significant now that a sister circuit has halted a similar order in Tennessee and may be poised to do so in Kentucky.
