Two customers who sued
Brian Youngblood and Priscilla Herrera alleged CVS-brand over-the-counter infants’ acetaminophen manufactured by Perrigo contains the same medicine in the same concentration as a less expensive product marketed for children. The companies misled parents into thinking that infants can’t safely use the cheaper “children’s” formulation, they alleged.
