The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration plans to remove next month its online tool for locating public access to a common treatment for individuals with an opioid use disorder.
SAMHSA, in an email to mental health and addiction groups on Monday obtained by Bloomberg Law, said that it plans to pull its public locators for providers that prescribe buprenorphine and pharmacists that dispense the drug on June 1.
