Anti-Abortion Group Appeals Loss in Bid to End ‘Reversal’ Suit

A Catholic medical group has notified a federal court that it’s appealing two orders likely to end its bid to stop California’s top attorney from suing it to halt its abortion “reversal” speech.

Culture of Life Family Services Inc. told the US District Court for the Southern District of California on Thursday that it will ask the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit to overturn two orders issued June 13 by District Judge Gonzalo P. Curiel.
