Percipient.AI Loses Protest Against CACI Intelligence Contract

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency convinced a federal court to dismiss artificial intelligence developer Percipient.AI Inc.'s lawsuit challenging a contract awarded to CACI Inc.

The US Court of Federal Claims granted the NGA’s motion to dismiss Thursday after agreeing to rehear the matter last month. The court acknowledged on April 27 that its earlier decision favoring Percipient.AI had involved an error of law concerning the case’s jurisdiction.
