Percipient.AI Contract in Peril as Court Revisits Dismissal Bid

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency convinced a federal court Thursday to reconsider dismissing a contract lawsuit brought against it by artificial intelligence developer Percipient.AI Inc.

Judge Eric G. Bruggink of the US Court of Federal Claims agreed with the agency and its contractor, CACI Inc., that the court made an error of law that could change the case’s jurisdiction to the Government Accountability Office.
