The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency convinced a federal court Thursday to reconsider dismissing a contract lawsuit brought against it by artificial intelligence developer Percipient.AI Inc.
Judge Eric G. Bruggink of the US Court of Federal Claims agreed with the agency and its contractor,
