A law firm and an attorney formerly based in its Washington, DC, office have reached a settlement in principle addressing her disability discrimination and retaliation claims.
Ex-associate Amanda Brosy and Babst, Calland, Clements and Zomnir PC requested a 60-day stay to accommodate their settlement discussions, according to a Thursday motion. Brosy sued the law firm last July under the Americans with Disabilities Act and District of Columbia Human Rights Act.
