Law firm Babst, Calland, Clements and Zomnir, P.C., has been sued by an attorney asserting claims for disability discrimination and retaliation after her termination from the firm.
Amanda Brosy claims that after disclosing her disability and requesting accommodations, the firm discriminated against her by removing her from a trial team, denying work assignments, and ultimately terminating her employment. Brosy also alleges that the firm retaliated against her by preventing shareholders from providing positive references for her job search.
