FedEx, Deaf Ex-Employee End Disability Bias, Retaliation Suit

Federal Express Corporation and a deaf former employee have settled a lawsuit alleging the delivery service refused to provide him accommodations, retaliated against him, and created a hostile work environment based on his disability.

The parties moved to dismiss the case with prejudice on Jan. 23 after they notifiedthe US District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee of their settlement.
