FedEx Hit With Disability Bias Suit From Deaf Ex-Employee

Federal Express Corporation is facing allegations from a deaf former employee that the company engaged in disability discrimination, retaliated against him, and failed to provide reasonable accommodations.

Ethan Pritchard is deaf and primarily communicates through American Sign Language, his complaint filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee says. He was employed by FedEx as a package handler and later promoted to a quality assurance role.
