Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton secured a mutual order ensuring Dallas Independent School District won’t circumvent a state law banning transgender female athletes from competing on girls teams.
The Thursday order requires the district’s superintendent Dr. Stephanie Elizalde to issue a district-wide communication informing employees that they must comply with the law.
