Youth plaintiffs challenging Trump administration energy orders want a second chance to argue their climate right-to-life lawsuit that was “reluctantly” dismissed by a Montana judge, according to an appeal filed Monday.
Plaintiffs in Lighthiser v. Trump filed a notice indicating their plans to appeal at the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, following the case’s dismissal Oct. 15.
